SLIPS (Southwark & Lambeth Integrated Care Pathway for Older People with Falls) is an integrated falls services across health, social, voluntary and leisure sectors in Lambeth and Southwark.
Working with existing staff and volunteers in the two boroughs SLIPS has standardised current falls services and assessments, ensure consistency across the two boroughs, smooth the patient pathway to reduce waiting times and duplications of assessments, be more community focussed and try to reduce the number of falls residents have.
